Lego City Super Pack selling

Hi I have 2 City Super Packs 66363 and 66345. There is no price info of those items. So should I sell the Super Pack with all sets in it or should open it up and sell all sets in it separately. Are the sets included in a super pack always individually sealed inside the main box? I have two 66493 Cargo Train 4in1 Super Pack NISB, but I am hesitant to open the huge box for fear that the contents are not separately sealed. Shipping a huge package like this one is difficult and expensive so I would rather sell the smaller sets separately. Thanks for any info.
