tyder26
Should I do this? Guy is selling MISB Star Wars 7665 for 100$ I have kinda blew him off for a day or so now I find out he is wanting to add used sets: 7141,7130, 7127,7110. All complete Star Wars with minifigs just used. Another question would this be good too hold on too or just "flip"? Any quick advice hes waiting for my response before he leaves for out of town work. Thanks in advance
DoNotInsertIntoMouth
I'd do that - but to build. Not sure about flipping them. Used doesn't grow as fast. Flipping I would have to make sure all the boxes were there, and all pieces, etc.
Grolim
Depends on the price. Your post makes it sound like it's $100 for the lot, which I'm sure isn't the case? If you do get it, then flipping the used set and holding the MISB 7665 set would probably give you the best returns.
Anakinisvader
Why are you reading my post when you should be buying that Cruiser?

MartinP
I would definitely buy the 7665 for the $100. It has a value of around $140. Plus it has a good CAGR, which is around 8%. For this set. I would not build it, I would keep MISB and sell it. That is all.
Quacs
I'm not sure an 8% CAGR would provide much more growth long term. This is probably maxing out at $150-160, so you could probably flip it for $40-50 assuming you can pick it up (not pay shipping cost on the acquisition).
