It says so right in the first simple rule. eBay's program is/was called eBay Bucks and gave me Canadian $s towards future purchases. This seller's offer could very well be legit, but unless you plan on buying many things from them I wouldn't bother. Seems like an excuse to spam you with all these great offers!
