Louvre is 21024. €38 is a good price for Louvre from what I've seen so far but the set is very young (released Sep 15) and most comparable architecture sets have been available for at least 2-3 years or even longer. You might have to hold on to them for a while to go EOL and I think there will still be better deals along the road.
