Got one in much worse condition for 45 :P  110 is not a good deal (RRP 90) and I advised someone not to pay so much a few months back, but this now seems to be a set that can be bought for over RRP after EOL and should still turn some profit in years to come provided you hold on to it for a while.

Well, 45€ it's awesome. I don't want to make money right now, I'll hold it for at least 1 year.

I recovered a sunken QAR off ebay. Probably paid too much ($120), esp since I already have one, but it was x5 points and I was itching for a new project. I have a pretty good stash of ship parts from bulk deals so hopefully it comes together with minimal bricklinking. I enjoy doing sets like this much more than out of a sealed box anyways.

I've got three of those at the moment, one to keep and two for eBay a little closer to Christmas. I plan on getting a bit more than $120 though ;)

So I'm in Asda ( our Walmart for you Americans) just picking up some odds and ends tonight, anyway in this random corner I spotted like several cases of series 13 minifigures, which looked untouched, and seeing as how they just cleared all the Simpsons series 2 down to £1, I figured I'd grab one and price check, long story short they were £1 each, so I ended up with 3 full boxes. Good random score.

If the seals are cut I would not list it as a new item on eBay.  You're opening yourself up to a potential SNAD case.  I would mark it as used, thoroughly describe the condition (ie - damaged box, cut seals, but sealed bags), and take good pictures to show the condition of the box.  As far as pricing you are likely to get pretty close to the current market prices for a HH in this condition since the bags are sealed and most people are buying to build it at this point.

I have a minty box I can toss it in that I opened when I built the one I have. I'd def list it as an open item with sealed bags. Not sure if I'll hold it for a while. Im sure the price will just keep going up on this one.
