bricketycricket Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Are people really F5ing amazon for PC when it's available at LEGO Shop at Home? I may have to start, but in my defence, it's because I have an Amazon USA gift card I want to use before the CAD tanks even further. Quote

Ciglione Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 (edited) What suitcases? Those are special suitcases so you are able to bring your lego when you go on vacation. Edited February 4, 2015 by Ciglione Quote

No More Monkeys Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 (edited) Seriously? Creative suitcases sold out a while ago, so Which are these? They kept coming back with backorder date of Feb 13-15, several times a day. Though for most folks, they just remain in backorder. Stupid TLC and their LIFO fulfillment. .. stephen_rockefeller Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Who buys from S@H?People who want mint boxes and not a shipping label slapped on the lego box, kicked out the door and then takes over a week to get to you. 1 Quote

LEGO is really slow. Amazon does great for me. I don't order from LEGO unless it's the last resort, or if the promos outweigh the advantages of other retailers. Although, I really hate the way the LEGO shipping department sometimes throw the promos into the box first and then they drop the LEGO set in front side down right on top of the promo. I've had several exclusive sets damaged this way. Quote

LOL In all seriousness both of them ship really great shape product. Amazon is generally always more mint. Though now that their Christmas set 1/2 and 2/2 are not stuffed in the Box with ToO or EEE's the chance for huge dents goes down. This months poly should not do too much damage I hope! Quote

Two high quality shipping places with strict rules. I do not violate limits of either place either. Quote

Try to order something without being a prime member though, I live 10 minutes from an amazon fulfillment warehouse and it still takes 6 days to get my crap. Quote

I'm sure, I've been a Prime member longer than I can remember not being a Prime member, but I do know standard shipping takes a long time. 1 Quote
biking_tiger Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Is this the part where I swear off WM again? I love Amazon and LEGO Shop at Home, and Target has actually been pretty good of late. Quote
justapilgrim Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Love it is that from the $1.48 or whatever LEGO Shop at Home sale? Yes, my logic is a little different than most. If I sell at $3 a pop it is 100% profit if I do shipping right and customers are still getting it for 50%,off MSRP. Volume. Selling in lots of 10 of.the same then sets of the 7.different ones. I've done well with lots so I'll roll the dice, just sold 14 snowman poly bags to same buyer so that gives me encouragement Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Brickpicker mobile app Quote
legodelorean Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 (edited) I bought a Pet Shop and Palace Cinema today. Super stoked!!! My first of each and not my last. Slow and steady, baby.......slow and steady...... Seals indicate 2015 by the way. Edited February 4, 2015 by legodelorean 4 Quote

I wanted to get some as well and it looks like the best way to sell as you said is in volume. I didn't want to order too many and get the banhammer over magnets. Quote
justapilgrim Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 You could order 99, I think they want them gone. I've ordered since they arrived and other stuff shipped if anything they are.actually good magnets, I was surprised Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Brickpicker mobile app Quote
