The only time I quick-flip is when there is a window between limited supply and over-supply. If I can get something that very few people can get and it's only going to be for a limited time, then I'll flip them. Otherwise, I'm buying and holding for that holiday rush. Again, I'm not tying up capital because the supply isn't sufficient to have to not purchase something due to lack of funds. Once I see merchandise that I can make 2x - xx my buy-in and I can't make the purchase due to limited funds, I'll reconsider.
