Hopefully they do retire, which will mean more money quicker, but Falling Water will be a $250-$300 set on it`s own eventually, even if it`s still around for another year. Large set with an exclusive main character minifig was a must for my own personal collection. Crossing my fingers that the movie isn't god-awful... Walked by the for sale message board in the lobby of my work, and low and behold this guy was selling Legos he got for Christmas he didn't want.
