Cetona Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 For what it's worth, I received the same reply from lego about the Architecture Studio, and that it should be coming back in stock at some point. Quote
zskid00 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Hopefully not before I flip mine from TRU.com Quote
exciter1 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 The Technic Rescue Helicopter isn't done quite yet. http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Helicopter-9396 It is done now. Maybe I'm getting my pages from cache? It still says Retiring Soon for me. 1 Quote
spener90 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Maybe I'm getting my pages from cache? It still says Retiring Soon for me. Same here. I don't think it will reappear, so it is as good as done though. Quote
exciter1 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Same here. I don't think it will reappear, so it is as good as done though. I don't think it will be back either, but it's funny when they mark several "Retired Product" and you still have stragglers out on the website. Quote
Migration Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Out of curiosity which of the three architecture sets will do the best? I like Rock Center and although I also like Willis Tower it's been out forever. I don't care for Burj Khalifa, probably means it's about to skyrocket. Quote
legoaddiction Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Any idea if the monster crazy scientist is due to retire soon? Quote

Migration Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Too bad it costs so much to ship from Down Under. Quote
legoaddiction Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Yes Monster fighters is just not selling in Australia. I guess we do not celebrate Halloween as much as the Americans do. Quote
Toet Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 My local Kmart store had quite a bit of Monster Figthers stuff. The Haunted House is a very cool set and well detailed. Vampire Castle was also pretty neat. Quote
hxckid88 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Are you saying you saw a hh in kmart?.... Quote
hxckid88 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 That's very very odd. It's an exclusive and was never sold in kmart. How much was it Quote
Migration Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 He's in Australia, might have something to do with it. Quote
TheDarkness Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 HH is a K-Mart exclusive in Australia. The MF series here barely moves... though the HH down to $189 at most K-Mart's have seen them start shifting. Quote
Migration Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Too bad the conversion between the A$ and US$ Isn't in a place to make some intercontinental trading worth while. Quote

TheOrcKing Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Not sure if this was mentioned yet, but the Equila's Ultra Striker set from the Legends of Chima line just retired! http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Equila-s-Ultra-Striker-70013Eris' Eagle Interceptor is listed as "Retired Product" too. Most of the 1st wave Chima is still showing as "Sold Out" for some reason. Quote
Doofy McGee Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Eris' Eagle Interceptor is listed as "Retired Product" too. Most of the 1st wave Chima is still showing as "Sold Out" for some reason. Much like Batmobile and the Two-Face Chase, Gandalf Arrives, Shelob Attacks, etc. etc. are still showing "Sold Out." It seems like there are a lot of these. I think one of the worst cases is probably 9469 Gandalf Arrives. That set has been completely out of stock everywhere for about four months. The rest of the first wave is retired. Why don't they just call it what it is? Retired. Same with 6864. I'm sure people have found a couple here and there semi-recently, but that is another one that is long gone. So why not retire it? What is Lego playing at? Lol. Quote
