starwarsxpress Posted October 17 Posted October 17 (edited) Lego Mos Eisley 75290 Amazon sold by Amazon is out and has been a long while third party now 468 Barnes Noble listing removed for some time Walmart had 98 last night just ran out today 3rd party is 550 Lego sold out called last night asked if would be back or should order else where they said they forgot to order yesterday it’s out and after checking for a while said it is likely not coming back… who know I guess they could have thousands come Thanksgiving I suppose. This feels more likely it’s sold out has 21 figures ? they don’t I think make $400 Star Wars Lego sets any more with this much content so if they stop making it they are saving money vs Jabba Sail Barge for example I guess Disney Store and Legoland is all that’s left that I know ebay 95 listed new USA buy it now I bought another for personal myself. One to build one to be boxed makes me think of jurassic park trex rampage it mostly disappeared before Black Friday if memory serves Edited October 17 by starwarsxpress Quote

This year, i'm probably not going to invest much because I didn't see a big rise in set values from the ones I picked last year, but it's amazing to sit back and watch sets just fly away at the end from the frenzy. I completely agree with you. The prices of old sets are stagnating or even declining Quote

Better to just hold one or two for over 5 or 6 years. Less effort, less hassle. Quote

$20 on joe vs dan Posted October 17 Posted October 17 I called my local LEGO store. of the big sets retiring this year: Mos Eisley, Batcave Shadowbox, AT-AT, & Ninjago GArdens, only the Ninjago sets were still instock. 1 Quote

I think Ninjago Gardens will be the BF deal. Looks like LEGO indexed the page on Google by accident, but this page is hidden on their website. Batcave Shadowbox has a good chance of getting the 30% off treatment -- still not worth it to me. https://www.lego.com/en-us/black-friday-deals/lego-ninjago-black-friday 2 Quote

It is....Here's the link https://www.lego.com/en-us/black-friday-deals/lego-ninjago-black-friday They did Ninjago plus other themes as well 30% off for the Batcave Shadowbox wouldn't be a bad price at all....I'd grab a few Edited October 17 by mlc3423 2 Quote
ManAetherslime14 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 60425 Jungle Explorer Water Plane sold out. Probability of restock is in limbo... Quote
starwarsxpress Posted October 26 Posted October 26 seems like things are different this year on retiring. all 3 of these sets have left. I doubt they are coming back black friday. reminds me of the jurassic park trex set that left early but very little did that year. Batcave Shadow Box gone at retail and not back. amazon 2 sellers 2 copies total starting at 749. ebay us buy it now 10 listings Mos Eisley gone at retail and not back. amazon 8 sellers on primary list 26 copies starting 599. ebay us buy it now new 51 listings (down from mid 60 a week ago) Sanctum Sanctorum. gone at retail and not back. amazon 17 listings starting 325. ebay us buy it now new 10 listings 1 Quote

However, this may have been a very limited run, more limited than we knew. Ofc, I want it and have wanted it all year, and have been hoping for at least 30% off. Still got a feeling we might see it again for BF & CM 🤞 Quote

Still got a feeling we might see it again for BF & CM 🤞 There really wasn't....Many people (Including myself) on here, YT, and other platforms loved the set but said it was overpriced and would wait for it to go on discount during a BF or Prime Event Only deal that i can remember was a month or 2 ago on Batman day when they did triple points for purchasing the set.....I debated and debated and again figured it would get discounted at some point later on....Still holding out hope but i'm afraid this ship may have sailed Quote
