I bought 10 at half price and then returned them before the 28 day deadline. Not a penny of mine is spent on the CITY theme anymore regardless of discount. You may notice that long retired vehicles have not got close to RRP yet. I hope you get something back. The only CITY set that I did well on was the 3182 Airport which has gone up 4x since purchase.
