TheOrcKing Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Do Ewoks sing? Do they sing?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swoKRxmcIsY Quote
Coneil21 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Do they sing?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swoKRxmcIsY Aha! Impressive!!! I even saw a little Ewok moon walking in that cut! Quote
Etan Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Do they sing?! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swoKRxmcIsY OK then, that was the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Quote
TheDarkness Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 My eyes and ears are bleeding ..... and I am probably in the minority of actually liking the Ewoks Quote
Diabolos80 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Ewoks? What are those? I must have missed that part because of the awesome Luke vs Vader duel happening at the same time. Quote
Quacs Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I would pick EV because my son wants this set more than anything else in the world. Quote
buddytheelf Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Ewok slightly over SOH. Ewok for play. SOH for build/display. Prefer Orthanc to either because it has it all. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 OK then, that was the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Nope, this is the wierdest thing you have ever seen! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QH2-TGUlwu4 Quote
stephen_rockefeller Posted June 17, 2013 Author Posted June 17, 2013 I dont care for LOTR so thats why it wasnt one of the choices Quote
siddji Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I would pick The Ewok Village. I think for the value for money it offers more bang for the buck and storyline playability experience. Also there is an option to add more trees from battlepacks. The Opera seems a but bland to me, like it still needs more perfection to be complete. It just lacks something. Quote
siddji Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Nope, this is the wierdest thing you have ever seen! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QH2-TGUlwu4 I need the 3 min and 36 secs of my life back that I just wasted on this video. 2 Quote
TheOrcKing Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Rather impressive poll figures; opinion is quite literally split right down the middle. I agree the Sydney Opera House is just for display (awesome one at that) while the Ewok Village is for play but does look good display wise. Both of them blow my mind in their own way. ......Why did that last sentence sound 'dirty'? Quote
Darth_Raichu Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Not an ewok lover never have been never will be 1 Quote
MartinP Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 I would definitely go with the Ewok Village. It is my favorite one. Lots of minifigs and it is from Star Wars! Quote
spener90 Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 I'm going with Orthanc too... More bang for your buck. Quote
comicblast Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 For me it depends...for investment, maybe the Sydney Opera House. Building would be no-contest Ewok Village, as a die-hard SW fan! Quote

exciter1 Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 I think I'll get both, but SOH may be better for a long-term investment. Quote
