I thought this might be worth mentioning to anyone considering to buy the set: Rufus over at Eurobricks managed to pick a set up ahead of its July release (at LEGOLAND Deutschland) and has made a great pictorial review. Normally, I wouldn't waste your time with a review, but the pictures show some great angles and comparisons and the set hasn't been released yet so enjoy: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=83553

 

It would be interesting what you guys think about the set after seeing some "real" pictures of it now.

I would have paid another 30-50 for something like 5 trees and lots more uruk hai. That would have been amazing. I still love the tower.

But then some people would say, "Man, I wish they would have taken out these stupid extra trees and minifigs, then it wouldn't cost so much!"  Lego can never please everyone...  ;)
