Sozial Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 On Lego germany you can order 5 pieces. I wouldnt bank on that this time. I guess lego underestimated the demand for 21002, but see 21003 which is available everywhere. On the other hand BTTF is much more famous than the NASA theme. Quote

I assume you mean 21102 & 21103, not the architecture sets? Is 21104 new out? It says 2013 year on the BP but I have not noticed it available anywhere before. Quote
Sozial Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 yes you are right my fault 21104 is available at 27th of january, but someone one ebay.de has a copy, so i guess it is maybe available in lego shops Quote
fredrick_louis Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I don't think 21104 is available Lego shops. Mine did not have any and when I asked the manager she said it was only available online. Quote
Guest brickcrazyhouse Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 maryland lego stores have them with a limit of 1 a person Quote
Anakinisvader Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Looking at the title I thought this set was going to be a Dog that always got into things. Quote
Migration Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 The one I ordered shipped today with a 1-8 arrival date. Quote
Migration Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Mine arrived today, not sure if I should keep or flip. Suggestions? Quote
MartinP Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Mine arrived today, not sure if I should keep or flip. Suggestions? I think you should keep it. The US LEGO Shop at Home shows that the set will ship in about two weeks, but there may be some impatient buyers on eBay who want that set right away. Quote
@rtisan Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Mine arrived today, not sure if I should keep or flip. Suggestions? I`d say flip. Plenty of time to buy one for yourself when they are back in stock, and if you can make a bit extra now, I`d do it. Quote
fieldbricks Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Right now, LEGO Shop at Home U.S. mentions that it will ship in march. I got two that just arrived today. Keep or flip? Quote
d4m60d Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Here in Germany I ordered 2 Sets of the 21104 and it arrived just on the 4th january. Today you could order the set up to 5 pieces with delivery date on the 3rd february. I just don't understand why lego makes such differences for this set in America and europe. I mean you guys just get 1 set per person and we Europeans up to 3 till february? Does this make any sence? Greetings from Germany, Chris Quote

Greetings from Germany, Chris They make different restrictions for different parts of the world. Most of the resellers that Lego is combating are from the US and that is one of the reasons why there is a strict limit of 1 here in the US. Quote
Cetona Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 This set is now sold out with a ship date of March 26th, and that date just keeps getting pushed back. I bought one for my own collection but wonder what's going to happen over the next couple months. Quote

I bought one for my own collection but wonder what's going to happen over the next couple months. Mine said March something and then I got it last week. Put it up on Ebay and it immediately sold for double what I paid to it... internationally so free shipping doesn't apply. Worked out nicely. Quote
project88 Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 ugh...got it with my vip points to build this set. But to double up on the price is so tempting. 1 Quote
brent_draper Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I picked up 4 of these, still holding onto them, what should I do? Considering waiting until after retirement. Suggestions? Quote
Migration Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I've flipped all mine for double or close to it. It's only been out a month you should have time to pick up some more. Quote
brent_draper Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I'm new and only have 13 reviews on ebay, I'm worried if I start the auction too low I could loose money, but I've noticed many starting this item at .01. I would hate to have my item not be seen since my ebay account is so new and loose money on the deal. Would you recommend I start at what I paid or .01 to get some bidding action in my position? Do a BIN in the mid $50's. If it sells cool. If it doesn't you're not out anything. Quote
Ed Mack Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I'm wondering why anyone would flip this set for double the money. LEGO already stated this would be a "limited" set. Why settle for making less than $30 on this set? This set will easily hit the $100 mark after EOL and that will be sooner than later. This set is a keeper, not a flipper. 3 Quote

brent_draper Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 What Migration is saying is that I can flip what I have and use that capital to purchase more while there is still time. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker 1 Quote

This set is a keeper, not a flipper. 1) I do this for current income. 2) I don't have the space to store multiple sets. 3) it is very easy to pick up a box and ship it. 4) how limited can a mass produced toy actually be? 5) hayabusa and mine craft were both limited but LEGO released them multiple times anyway.
