stephen_rockefeller
Why are all the midi scale sets not popular and not worth anything in the secondary market? I have never owned one so that is why I ask. Is it because they do not come with minifigs?
Ed Mack
Why are all the midi scale sets not popular and not worth anything in the secondary market? I have never owned one so that is why I ask. Is it because they do not come with minifigs?Yes, the minifigures are the issue. The larger UCS, Large Scale Models and Sculpture sets make up for the lack of minifigures with piece count. Small sets without minifigures are not as popular. On a personal note, I enjoy the midi sets, but I might be in the minority.
stephen_rockefeller
Ed, do you think that from an investment prospective, they will ever be an option? looks to me that they are a waste of space in terms of making any money.
