There's 4 at a Walmart near me for $90.00 that I know will come down to second level clearance to something like 60.00, else I'd be tempted by this.

This depends on the Walmart, as always. Many near me are stocked at full retail.

One has them on first stage clearance at $90.00.

One gave me two for $29.99 and $25.00 clearance sticker.

It is so completely random.

You have to go through the checkout process, and once you hit the review screen it will show the discount.
