IrishGuy66 Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 I bought this set a couple months ago for $7... should I sell it soon or hold on to it? I see it goes for around $20 on eBay. Selling it at that price wouldn't be bad and I'd have more money to invest with.... also it's one of Lego's bundle things where they add a game in with it, here's pictures. Quote
JoshTX Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 Get what you can for it - I don't think the games are too seriously sought after so probably isn't likely to rise in value all that much. Quote
dunkers97 Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 I would sell it now and buy something that will do better cause like JoshTX said games don't sell very well in the secondary market so you probably won't get much more for it if you wait any longer. BTW glad to see that your back on bro! Quote
TheOrcKing Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 At best you could flip it. Current sales of the entire Games line has caused Lego to discontinue the theme this year so I do not believe that will gain value at all besides a price close to retail perhaps. Unless you want to try and part out the set, which besides the microfigures does have some good parts like a 32x32 baseplate. Quote
sadowsk1 Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 I've never seen that before, kind of unusual. Sure sell it, why not? It's free to list at whatever price you want so what's the harm? Quote
TheOrcKing Posted May 21, 2013 Posted May 21, 2013 I've never seen that before, kind of unusual. I've only seen that Minotaurus bundle at Target for a little while sometime last year. I think they were charging close to $30 retail for them. Quote
