Jeff Mack
Why on this earth would people actually bid on this thing? Lego Star Wars Ultimate Collector's Millennium Falcon (10179) If this goes up in the $2000+ range and someone actually tries to pay for this, I will just give up and donate my collection :P

comicblast
Let's see. Stock photo, 0 feedback seller, no description. Look at the other things he's listed: 10188 Death Star (2) Bose Acoustimass 10 Series IV Speaker System iPad 4th Generation 10179 Millennium Falcon 1 other listing Scam. Especially since all listings end within an hour and a half of each other. He accepts returns within 14 days which is probably making the buyers think he is legit. He'll bail before those 14 days are up and "disappear". I agree. Why are these people such idiots?!?!
agp548
Hes also been a long time member......as in he joined ebay yesterday. Scams are wrong but so are people stupid enough to fall for such obvious ones.

stephen_rockefeller
I think not all people who bid on this are naive idiots.......undoubtedly there are people bidding who know that no matter what Ebay will side with the buyer, what's to loose but time and a few emails to eBay? But yeah this is scam central. All that being said if the high bidder expects to receive the item then yes the term idiot applies.

rcdb1984
They should make it so you have to show an actual picture of the item, unless you say it's not in your posession yet. OR, we should be allowed to comment on the bottom.....then we can write scam!

OR, we should be allowed to comment on the bottom.....then we can write scam! When we release the Brick Classifieds feature, this is Rule #1. Not a real photo, the listing comes down and no refund. I also saw somewhere on the forums here today about eBay getting more strict as well: http://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/news/springupdate2013/picturerequirements.html
