In the wake af the B-wing discount and a few people having what seems to be buyers remorse, if you could choose one set to discount for 50% what would it be? It can only be current sets, not upcoming or retired sets. I'm curious because there are so many ways people could go with this. Collectors would likely have a much different answer than investors. As an investor, I would love to see the Horizon Express at 50% off. Getting an almost guaranteed EOL winner at 50% off would be great. I bet there will be a lot off SSD responses...and not a bad choice either.

I would say Uruk-hai army, thats because I want to build 1000 uruk-hai soldiers on display and 50% off for them would make my work easier :P

to build it would be a death star. my son has been wanting one for over a year, but i can't see dropping $400 on a lego set for a seven year old to build. $200 would be awesome for that set.

I got a SSD on 50% of at Walmart in January. It must have been a Internet order return. Flipped it for a good profit. I think I shipped it to Australia for about a $150 profit after fees.

I think Tower bridge would be a great choice. I think it will be pure gold after reaching EOL status and it look like an amazingly fun set to build. Anyone got a used one they want to sell me?

I am selfishly voting for the Death Star since I don't have one and only want to purchase one to build. My investor side is saying Tower Bridge tho....

I'm right there with you but I was hoping either the SSD or the DS. I'm not greedy I'll pay US MSRP instead of CDN MSRP, that's still 20% off in Canada. On the one hand I'm going to be a little upset if I miss out on either but I just have such a hard time paying Canadian MSRP. At 50% off I would be a complete mess.
