Does Halloween really have an impact on retail toy sales? When I think Halloween I think cheap decorations, candy, and costumes, not plastic building toys. Something I have said consistently. I will admit that my wife likes to put certain sets out for Halloween, but I would argue Christmas has a much bigger effect than Halloween.
