For example, the Lego store carries the set you mentioned as well as the LOTR Orc Forge, and the Hobbit Barrel Escape which were both retailer exclusives. I can't think of any examples where one is "exclusive" to a retail (like TRU) that Lego.com doesn't sell as well.
