8833 - Minifigures - Series 8

Series 8 Minifigures are in stores now. Picked up a few packs today at TRU. My 7 year old loves the minifigures. I like this series. Pretty interesting mixture. Any input out there on Series 8? Thumbs up or not?

I like the Series 8 very much. It reminds me of Series 1 and 6. Big thumbs up!

Agreed. Big thumbs up! Not to mention that you can now buy a collector series carrying case to keep them in. Unfortunately they're only making them from Series 7 and up so my other 6 series will be stored in a Container Store display. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=13165142

I'm not really into the CMFs but this is by far my least favorite series.

Not a great series but I like Santa.

I like Santa the most overall. To me his the most genuine looking Santa has released so far...aside from the one advent calendar where they had santa in a speedo in the shower, or else that was just some weird bearded man in the shower...weird.

No argument there. This series' Santa is the best one Lego has done ever and possibly ever will be.

I went with the Conquistador as my favorite. The printing on him looks fantastic IMO. Santa comes in second since he very accurate versus the previous santas.

Conquistador is up there with my fav's but I have the Santa and he's just so classic.
