Popular Post Shewie Posted November 9, 2022 Popular Post Posted November 9, 2022 (edited) The chatter has it will go for around RPP £599.99 or more... will depend on Billund's last-minute decision in relation to exchange rates/inflation and increased import costs to UK. Personally? Another unnecessary, out-of-touch, exaggerated set. Indulge yourself. Edited November 9, 2022 by Shewie 9 1 Quote
Pseudoty Posted November 9, 2022 Posted November 9, 2022 (edited) This is an easier pass than the coliseum. $680 USD. Edited November 9, 2022 by Pseudoty 1 Quote
Shewie Posted November 10, 2022 Author Posted November 10, 2022 Promobricks.de has released today information that the EU pricing for the set will be 679.99EUR which somehow alligns to the info I provided yesterday: Quote

oneknightr Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 Compared to the original 10181, it's a nice looking update. I remember buying a loose 10181 for $100 and reselling it for $600 a few months later after I had fun building it. Ah, the good ol' days when not everyone knew Lego was worth more than gold. Quote

TheOrcKing Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 It's an on-point model of the well-known architectural structure. With that said, it always looked like the frame for an amusement park ride minus the actual ride. Perhaps one of those "death drop" attractions going down the middle. Pseudoty Posted November 13, 2022 Posted November 13, 2022 Saw the built set and it looks bad with all the exposed studs. Quote
TheOrcKing Posted November 15, 2022 Posted November 15, 2022 In any case, here is a bigger brother build from a recent Bricks By The Bay LEGO Convention. Quote

This morning when I checked it was at the higher price and has since dropped. Interesting, BrickFan definitely had it listed at $679.99 this morning in the announcement. LEGO has officially revealed the tallest set they have ever produced with the LEGO Eiffel Tower (10307). Releasing on November 25, the set has 10,001 pieces and will retail for $679.99/€629.99/£554.99. Quote

Pseudoty Posted November 18, 2022 Posted November 18, 2022 Synopsis: gruelingly repetitive, so much more than the coliseum or any other set I have built, 74 bags and every other bag has repeat X 32 and some are up to X 168. End product looks amazing but you need a dedicated space to display it. 1 Quote
brickolodon Posted November 18, 2022 Posted November 18, 2022 (edited) Pay tribute to the genius of Gustave Eiffel by building a LEGO® replica of his office at the top of the Eiffel tower, complete with period decor and authentic details. It’s your gift only with purchase of the New LEGO Eiffel tower. 11/25-11/28 while supplies last.* Edited November 18, 2022 by brickolodon Quote

I am hoping they end up doing like they did with the colosseum, spend $629 on any sets get the Chariot GWP but I doubt it as this is more targeted. Quote
