dunkers97
My lil bro recently ordered a minifig off BL and when the thing came, in the the package was a legit 'Thank you' note! I was really surprised at this and thought it was great! It was hand writing too not some thing typed off the computer, made me feel like this guy wanted my bro to happy and cared about his Lego guy! So what I'm saying is do you more professional sellers think that this helps with getting a good rating from buyers? Do you do this or no? If not i would recommend it! Thoughts? Alcarin
I am already doing that anyway :P
TheDarkness
I do it automatically. Sometimes I will throw in an extra minifigure if I am told it is for a birthday. Depends on the purchase. The people who live close to me, I look after and give bigger discounts and they regularly are repeat customers. I had one guy, wanted me to order him some stuff from LEGO Shop at Home, knowing at this time I couldn't get any cheaper prices on some sets. Instead he paid it all upfront and got me to order it. With double VIP up for grabs, it wasn't a waste of time for me by any stretch. I will certainly have a nice little stash to contribute towards the May 4 promo! RunMan3
I've recommended it before and think it is a great idea. Makes me feel a little better when I receive a shippment with a thank you note. No big deal but it is much nicer than just a box with nothing except what you ordered. Can't hurt and just might help.

aspen
I have sold over 200 misc. items on Ebay and always enclose a thank you note. I also send a few pieces of foil wrapped small Dove chocolates if there is room in the box, and if it does not increase the weight for shipping. Often these are mentioned when they give feedback. My son also has a 100 percent rating, and I really get on his case because he never sends a thank you note. Sometimes he listens to me and includes one. aspen
I always put the candy in a small sealed snack bag. I guess in the middle of summer the chocolate would get soft. I just never give it any thought. Will remember to double wrap them come summer. I am just addicted to chocolate.
