I don't know how much it weighed but it was $5.50 for shipping. How long does it usually take for something to get to the U.S. from England? It all really depends on the method of shipment so you might consider asking the vendor if it seems long. By boat I've had packages take roughly two months. Airmail is within a couple of weeks. My own personal experiences though. It's been a little while since I've ordered from abroad but I did trade with someone some polybags recently and it was a couple months before I ever saw it.
