It may not be that spectactular of a Creator home, but it is a great and cheap source for a lot of brown parts perfect for building other houses like, I don't know, modular style housing. With 355 pieces at the current discount, this set has a ratio of $0.06 a piece!

For a little over $20 this is a great buy IMO. As you said TOK, it might not be spectacular looking home, but for $0.06 a piece it's a good purchase.

Still available at the title price listed which is pretty good. It would be even better if it was a whole $10 off.

Some WalMarts are clearancing this set off for $21.00 even. Its one of the few sets besides the national Monster Fighters and Super Heroes clearances that I've seen in a particular Walmart, as the other ones in my city were still full price. I know someone in another state had reported seeing them for 21.00 as well, though.
