superheat
I'm subscribed to the Daily LEGO Deals - USA, and recently I'm not getting the new post, but this instead (see image). Has something changed? I get about 50% of the new posts, the rest are this message.
scatttcat
Yeah I get that all the time too now haha, no idea why though!
vincevaughn
I assume it is to help route traffic to the site. I mean it makes sense as before, most of the time I just opened the emails and went from there and seldom visited the site.
brickvoyeur
You only receive that message when a link was posted. Any plain text posts arrive in your email correctly. My assumption is that losing ad revenue was not being provided correctly having people click through their email and not directly from the site itself. For me it makes things easier. If I can read the post from my email then I can ignore it as it's just people continuing to chat in the wrong thread as per usual. If I can't read the post in my email, then it may actually be worthwhile to look at.

You can have the link and click thru if it’s posted on the site. You can’t if it’s sent out via an email.
superheat
Is there a way to not include the link in the email but keep the rest of the message text?
