I'll tell you straight up, I love the f***ing s*** out of this game and its awesome soundtrack! The animation, artstyle, and music acheived the look of cartoons at the time very well. Plus a really cool beat em' up game to boot being able to change into a raging Beast! Score another reason why Konami has always been on target.

Throwing another odd one your way with this vertical scrolling shooter featuring a mix of disco, hard rock, heavy metal, and jazz soundtrack. It's really good and will make you get up and boogie (or bang your head)! Groovy....

Note: It was called "Fever SOS" over here in the states and internationally.

Another arcade title you may not have heard of with an awesomely beautiful soundtrack by Noise Factory. This beat em up may appear to be standard fare on the outside but the amount of enemies, interesting custom combo system, spells that could be small or grand depending on your selected character's strength, made Gaia Crusaders worth a play if anything just to listen to that sweet soundtrack.

Starting about 6 months ago I started listening to Green Day music. I like some of their songs like 21 Guns or Boulevard of Broken Dreams. Here are some videos below of my favorite Green Day songs. I also have listed some other favorites from bands/singers like Maroon 5, Coldplay, and Bruno Mars.

It is Friday.  Time for some newer songs :D

Bruno Mars - Treasure --- The 70s is back !!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPvuNsRccVw

Darius Rucker - Wagon Wheel  --- this song sounds like classic country tune as supposed to the newer heavily pop influenced country songs

And yes, that guy was the front man for Hootie & the Blowfish back in the day.  Now he is country :P

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvKyBcCDOB4

P!nk ft Nate Ruess - Just Give Me a Reason  --- I originally thought this was a song from a musical.  It just sounded like one of those tunes.

This one is a real doozy in its huge selection of music that was completely different depending on your region as there was one for the Japanese and European version while another for North America. Besides loving the music myself and featuring a unique time travel aspect to the gameplay which affected the backgrounds and music playing, I had wanted to post these for a friend. Have fun, Grolim! (JP - original Japanese version; US - American version)

Here are the animated clips in super HD taken from the PC version I believe.

It is Friday.  Time for my random musical picks...

Just Good Friends - Michael Jackson & Stevie Wonder

The most underrated MJ's song (IMHO).  It features two of the biggest music giants, I am not sure why this song was not better known

I used to call this song: A delusional boy and his enabling friend

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DlP0SwyUIGU

Crazy - Aerosmith

There were so many things I could have written about this video (and lets leave it at that)   Interestingly, this song was never a chart topper

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMNgbISmF4I

Make You Feel My Love - Adele

I love well done covers.  This was originally one of Billy Joel / Bob Dylan songs

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLoyNxjhTzc

Maria Maria - Santana

Ah yeah !!!

Since I haven't contributed to this in a long time, here is both versions of the soundtrack to Vigilante 8! Can you dig it? Groovy....

Vigilante 8 (1998 - Playstation)

Vigilante 8 (1999 - Nintendo 64)Wow....the N64 version is just plain awful. I think my ears are still bleeding.
