Help identifying a LEGO part

I have searched high and low to find which set this part belongs to.  The only markings on it are: 2002 LEGO & F1982. Can anyone identify this? Thank you

Gorm torso from a McDonald's Galidor promo polybag. I almost hate the fact I recognized it so quickly. Haha.
