Which set does this build belong to?

There was a lot of Ninjago figures in a bulk lot but couldn't seem to find what this base structure belongs to. It has rubber bands on the bottom holding it apart.

I'm fairly certain they are MOC's.

The one on the right is like a modded version of the right car in this set. I'd never seen that windscreen style before.
