oneknightr Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I might get some flak about this, but there's a 2013 romcom that involves time travel called About Time. LOVED it. Rachel McAdams being in the movie helps too. Quote

I don't mind time travel movies, but since my first memorable experience with them was BttF, it helps if they follow those rules. This is a fun watch for what's wrong with bringing characters back. 2 Quote

But, I tried watching it again a couple of years ago, and I had to turn it off after 20 mins. I guess some things are better left as a childhood memory. 1 Quote

However, the book is much better than the film. Film didn’t stick the landing. I’m really looking forward to the HBO series written by Steven Moffet and starring Rose Leslie. Quote

A good friend of mine was collecting comics in the 1990s and got the death of Superman with the black cover the day it came out. He was so pissed when they brought him back. He stopped collecting Superman after that and collected only new titles like Spawn and Venom. He was probably better off in the long run. Quote
