I would just like to know how old everyone here on Brickpicker is plus what gender. Just wondering if there are a bunch of youngish men/women or oldish men/women. Thanks.

PS: If you aren't comfortable giving your age, I am not pressuring you. ;)

15 and I'm starting to get less interested in Legos right now. I don't want to go into that dark time like everyone else does but it's pulling me in!

15, and mortally terrified of a dark age.

LOL aren't we all? Just keep coming back to Brickpicker, and you will be OK. If you decide to go into Dark Ages, then at least don't sell your sets so when you come back the the light side, you will make a ton of money assuming you made good investments! ;)

Poll does indicate a bit of a sausage fest

xD that's what I thought but now we have 2 women.

I noticed a couple trends: Main people are men and people tend to be in their Dark Ages in ages 19-28 (college and grad school? Dating/getting married?) and then come out of their Dark Ages from 29-35.

That correlates with my own experience pretty well. Dark ages for late teens to late twenties, now married with kids and back into it in my thirties.

I wonder if people 61+ don't invest in Legos because they are in Dark Ages then, busy in retirement (<-that one didn't make much sense. Busy what playing bingo?) In a couple days, we will have a little more definite results of the Brickpicker user population though.
