I missed the gold coin and holder and they were the only ones available for me to redeem this morning. I refreshed the page afterwards and everything is grayed out. Since the whole point of the re-release was to avoid scarcity, its possible they made a ton. I guess if youre ordering anyways sets it makes sense but otherwise.... My understanding is your SOL. They can't reproduce the code and you can't use it a second time.
