If it were a baseball card, possibly.  Lego set?  no

Yeah, this isn't a misprint (well, I guess it is), it's just a set that never should have passed QC. If it were something substantial (ie: a different picture), maybe.

On a separate note if you still have the 2016 LEGO store calendar that was given out as a VIP promo you can now finally use the December page that had the dates misprinted. I remember they sent out or included correction stickers but since I don't do stickers I still have mine.
