Old LEGO set-Help!

(I tried to post this earlier and wasn’t sure if it went though. If this is a duplicate I apologize!) 

We received a box of old duplo legos from a family member and had these doors (see pic). Anyone know what set these are from? He said he remember them being with pieces that make tunnel-like things and you could roll a ball though them and the ball would hit these doors and open them. (Not a great description, sorry!) 

Any ideas?
