LEGO Used Sets, Parts, Containers and a few New sets - Winnipeg, Canada

I am selling a sizeable chunk of our LEGO collection which includes all of the modular buildings up to the Downtown Diner (Market Street is not a modular). Other themes with large numbers of sets are Star Wars, City/Town, Creator, Super Heroes, LEGO Movie. There are some Technic, Holiday, LEGO Brand, Ninjago, Nexo Knights, Chima, Trains. The approximate value of the sets is in the range of $17k CAD (last 6 months of sales) to $23k CAD (current inventory) depending on which average pricing you look at on Bricklink.

There are thousands of parts - 28,000 of them have been inventoried and loaded into a Bricklink store. There are around 3,000 parts loaded into Brickstock ready to be added and approximately another 3,000 waiting to be counted (possibly more, they are smaller parts). Approximate value of the used parts is in the range of $3k to $5k depending on which price model you look at.

We have multiple LEGO brand containers - both the larger ones and the smaller minifigure ones. They are all included in this. Their value is hard to calculate, but retail was around $400 worth of containers and you can't buy these anymore... too bad.

Here's the catch - you're buying the entire lot - not part of it, not a single set, ALL of it.

Most of the sets have been disassembled and individually bagged. Some of the larger sets (modular buildings) are in bags. Minifigures have been played with, meaning some of them are mixed up. Many of the minifigures (Super Heroes, Star Wars, some Modulars, Chima, Ninjago) are separated. Most of the city and creator are mixed. There are a few collectible minis mixed in there too.

Valuable minifigures and parts have NOT been picked through. You should be able to complete most sets from the figures and parts. I realize there is a large amount of trust on this, but look at that reputation on the left ( )... I haven't been active in a while, but always up front and honest.

I can provide Brickstock inventory files for the store, counted parts and sets to serious buyers.I have all of the instructions in very good to excellent condition and boxes for some of the more valuable sets, though almost all boxes are flattened. There is a LOT of work here but I'm looking to let someone else do the work  make lots of money off of this. I am not looking for anywhere near full value, just a decent offer as I realize the risk and work involved.
