My credit card has been charged, yet I haven't received a confirmation email for either. Neither order show up on my account. I have sent off an email, but have heard that TRU are useless with their customer service. Is the lack of confirmation email a regular occurance, or just likely due to the high volume of sales with this deal? Thanks Quote

Snowcrash Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Mitt Romney couldn't steal the election, so now he's stealing your Lego sets :0 Seriously though, TRU online ordering system is screwy. if the charges showed up on your card then more than likely the order went through just fine. I'd wait the weekend and see if the order pops up electronically before trying to untangle what happened by calling customer service. As Ed said, sometimes you won't get any sort of electronic acknowledgement whatsoever and your stuff will just arrive. Quote
Grolim Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 I had the same thing. Didn't get an email confirmation so went into the site and couldn't see an order placed and my cart still had my 6 items in it. So I purchased them again, looks like I have a double up now! Ah well. Quote
