stackables
I have made a couple of trades in the last 2 weeks and today I was charged a different shipping rate. My previous 2 padded envelopes that I shipped I was charged $2.07. Today I shipped another 3 figs and I was charged just $1.12. Both were sent via first class. The $2.07 envelopes the clerk marked as parcel and the clerk today (different lady) marked the padded envelope as large envelope. One dollar difference seems like a lot to me. How much does everyone else get charged? Was I getting ripped off before? Might have to remember when this new girl works :)
Zarkwelder
I ship USPS first class and they charge me $1.69 for shipping. I've been using a 4"x7" bubble mailer. I know that it's cheaper for me to buy and print a label online. I think if I bring it to the counter they charge me something around $1 more. bibious
Online price for First Class mail parcel is 1.69 and includes tracking number. Prices vary in the actual Post Office which I never really use. The general rule of thumb the PO employee told me about letter vs package is anything larger than the width of a pen is considered a Parcel; I think you just got lucky with a nice lady on the 1.12 shipping costs.
