refreshing the **** out of .... finally got 2 orders (?) in, train with tree, batmobile with tree & mini.

I think I am done, what a fun! keep refreshing guys

Entered cc info, then Place Order...page refreshes and goes to Page Not Found. Bank shows temporary authorization but Order Status page doesn't show the order. Crap. Try again or ??? I only want one!

 

Been at it for the past 80 minutes. Ugh.

 

Edit: Kept refreshing the Order Status page and order finally showed up. Got my one and I'm done. Hope that frees up some bandwidth for the rest of ya.

i got the same 2 orders in. Only took 78 minutes.

Almost faster to go to an actual store... by the way, i don't know if Lego Order #s are sequential or not but I assume they are, the two orders I placed ~10 minutes apart had a difference of >300,000. Does it mean that many orders have gone through in that time span?

85 minutes in order for train/tree goes through. Gonna go in store to get Batmobile/miniBat/tree, can't take any more of this BS, and I don't want the big box to crush the freebies or vice versa.

I paid with paypal, just like others and the first confirmation rolled in about 15 mins after the order was placed

Yeah, I'm not gonna believe you, lol.

When you hit refresh on the Check Out page, and you're past step one (confirming your address and shipping method), and you're trying to move onto "Confirm Contact Information", when you hit reload, it starts the process all over.

I can confirm for those who are stuck at the "Contact Information" step that reloading the page will eventually get you through. When it actually works, it skips the first section and goes right to step 2.

Took me 1:40, but I must have finally proved worthy of having the honor of giving LEGO my hard earned money for some of their plastic.

Actually, if you hit "refresh" again, it'll take you back to the checkout page.  But with that said, I just tried to "check out" for the last hour doing that method.  I finally got it to work for one order.  I'm not sure I'm going to waste time trying to do another.  I'll prob go to the store tomorrow.  Will be a whole lot less frustrating.

I can't seem to get past the credit card approval or be able to use PayPal. Keep getting the error "Sorry! We're unable to authorise your payment at this time. Please contact customer service"

Same. Not sure if the order processed on the CC or Paypal at this point, but I have a confirmation number at least.

1:45 to make a single transaction. Another flawless execution on the part of the LEGO web services team.....

I was a bit concerned, because I hit the "place order" button twice, and then refreshed, and then hit it again.  No emails, but I think only one confirmation/order.  I hope so anyway.
