stephen_rockefeller Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 I surf the interwebs and from time to time come across sites that have nothing to do with LEGO writing articles. Some are good articles but the majority of them make me laugh. I don't really have a problem with sites writing LEGO related articles but a little homework on the subject would be nice. I'm not gonna call out sites that do this, I'm sure most of y'all have come across some of these articles I'm talking about. The USA TODAY article was an example of a good article, Matt did a wonderful job researching the topic before writing the article, which was a feat in itself considering if was during the height of election year. brickbuyer230 Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 Whoo! First comment! I think it might be good because maybe some buisness man somewhere is reading USA Today and sees Lego and rekindles with a childhood favorite, thus bringing a Born-Again AFOL out of the Dark Ages..... Just some food for thought... Quote
stephen_rockefeller Posted February 19, 2013 Author Posted February 19, 2013 There are some great articles from non Lego sources.......this was more of a rant on the horrible articles from sites that know nothing about Lego and do not bother to research on the topic. The comments are more amusing than the article sometimes, and more ignorant. Quote
brickbuyer230 Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 Yeah, Thats very true. It's kinda like we're on the outside looking in at people who have no clue.... Quote
