I received an official-looking email today with the above title. First I've heard about it.

Is this a legit LEGO thing, or a scam? It had my correct email address on it, but not my name.

(Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place; I couldn't find any related threads despite searching).

I'm also in the UK, but haven't seen the email. Have you tried calling Customer Services on 01753 495730? Never call a number in an email that you don't trust, an incorrect name is normally a warning sign. I also can't see anything with LEGO VIP on the Google Play store.
