oneknightr Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 Is Bespin Lando available in any sets other than the two Cloud City ones? If not, I'm guessing this will be the most sought after exclusive anniversary figure out of the lot. Quote

Depends on whether you consider this a Bespin Lando (I don’t know SW canon well like many here do): He came in the last version of the A-Wing (75175). 1 Quote
exracer327 Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 75044 - no stickers on the back, this one has stickers for the gray. *sigh* And this is like Luke's Snowspeeder #4, or 5. Why can't they produce the rest of Rogue Squadron? The cannon does remind me of 4500, but still... Yet another set to be over produced and picked up at a discount. How much does everyone bet this goes 20% discount right out of the shoot? Quote
Mark Twain Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 From the box art, it looks like sets will have a random? Minifigure from ESB. I do like the old school OG Kenner box art as an homage to the first toy line run. Sent from my iPhone using Brickpicker Forum Quote

$20 on joe vs dan Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 wonder why no droids made the cut...and why Lando who's not even in all the movies? I would bet Boba Fett is more popular Quote
zarda1 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 (edited) Lando is definitely going to be the most desirable minifigure. The original cloud city version I'm guessing this is based off goes for $150 in good condition with cape. Edited March 27, 2019 by zarda1 Quote

I have a feeling that you will be able to build an army of Landos based on what you can find in just a couple of stores. You can recreate the scene in Toy Story with the aliens except instead of saying, "Ooohhhhh," your group will creepily look at your Leia minifigure and say, "Heeeeeellllllllllllloooooooo. What have we here?" 2 Quote

joch29 Posted July 18, 2020 Posted July 18, 2020 (edited) from brickset interview with designers of upcoming AT-AT 75288. Quote The new AT-AT is arriving in August but 75259 Snowspeeder - 20th Anniversary Edition was retired during December. Why does their availability not overlap? Jens: This is definitely a puzzle. We are trying to make sure that compatible sets are available concurrently but products must always be retired to create space for new ones. Our production capacity is limited, despite how it might appear from the outside, so certain moulding machines could only be available for limited periods. Michael: We cannot expand the LEGO Star Wars portfolio indefinitely, much though we might wish to! Introducing new models means retiring old ones and the marketing department makes difficult decisions about how long particular sets remain on shelves based upon their popularity. Jens: The lesson here is always to buy everything on day one! Edited July 18, 2020 by joch29 Quote
