TheOrcKing
I'm a fan of some of these displays. Specifically, this one:I love that one. The geek kid in me jumps for joy like a sugar starved speed spaz.
itsjdmyotony
Oh man! I should have read this post! I just bought the Jek display for $800 from a local toy collectible store. All the listings on eBay around around $800-$1000 shipped. But even though I paid a high price it's still worth it to me. Especially since the one I have was never displayed in a store and still has the plastic wrapping and the RED paper on the back.

That is one of the more popular and sought-after displays, since it is one of the only ones to be both a set AND minifigure display. $800 is a tad high, but if you are willing, than no price is too much. They are definitely gems for any collection. $600 is probably more realistic of a price. Anyhow, I'm glad you are happy with the display, so even if it never sells, you are left with one heck of a display!! Good luck!

Anyone know where I can get a knob, and the plug for this ?ImageUploadedByBrickpicker Forum1426461305.815318.jpg Displays are usually battery powered. I doubt you will be able to find just the knob for the display, since they are already rare to begin with.
labfreak7
Figured that. Agreed usually battery powered however this one is so big, it has a socket on the back

I wish Target Canada would have Liquidated their LEGO displays... they are all "NFS" (Not for Sale)
labfreak7
Thanks- got it from a guy who got it from another guy that had about 10 of them . Just ordered the knob and the adapter for it. Not bad for a buy in total of $
mike1985
This is a display for the City Deep Sea Explorers at the Honolulu Toys R Us. I believe this is the best display I have ever seen. The pictures don't do it justice because each section lights up underneath as well. Edited August 14, 2015 by mike1985

donbee
Some one is selling a display on my CL. What's a good price for a display?
GregP
depends on which one it is and the condition. Most seem to be between 100-200 when I look on completed listing on ebay. But you do see some sell for more than £200 and the odd one for less than £100
GregP
Managed to pick another one of these up from my local Smyths on Friday. Was surprised to see it for sale as everyone else seems to say they get sent back to Lego. Anyway Resistance Troop Transport for £50 so I'm happy. Could prob sell on ebay for twice that much now if I wanted.
