I just received my largest Brickowl quote request and wanted to get advice before submitted the quote.

The order is from a new user in China, requesting a 13440 parts (not sets) totaling over $1800USD. I'm a bit hesitant since this is a new user (18 hour old account) and for an order that's going to take me 3-4 hours to pack and put me out a lot of $$ if things go south. I believe I can get insurance to cover that amount, but I can't give the buyer any idea on import fees, which I know are high in China.

Any suggestions based on past experiences from the group? It's a 24lb box that's $124 USD to ship before insurance...
