0 Phil B
Very likely a MOC, for several reasons: 1. There is no set featuring this 2x4x2 Trans-clear windscreen that contains a build like this taxi. 2. There are no 1x2 Tiles in black with an "LQJ389" license plate sticker 3. STAMPS like the back window are not commonly done like this in official LEGO sets 4. The front features stickers OVER stickers (unless the license plate and the grille sticker are part of one sticker, but from what I can see the license plate is a separate sticker OVER the grille sticker) 5. This is a 4-wide car build, which LEGO phased out in the 90-ies, but it features a SNOT window technique on the side that LEGO wouldn't have put into a car build aimed at young children at the time. 6. The gap in the roof would have never been allowed in an official build (unless a piece is missing from the car).
