No, not enough meat on the bone. Too many turds in the lot, and a lot of money tied up in sets that are still in production and likely to be discounted in the future.

Lowball them if you are interested still, but don't touch the asking price.

This reads of someone realizing LEGO isn't as valuable as gold and trying to bail out after they realized it wasn't easy to unload this stuff.

What did the lot calculator produce?

So lazy right, didn't even bother using the lot calculator.

Literally took 90 seconds to punch these in and get $7000 as the lot price.

* there was no price for the Simpsons and Disney minifig case.

Keep in mind the price guide hasn’t seen an update since August.... many of those are going for a little more now. Still not enough meat as others said, but take lot calculator with a nice pinch of salt, it’s not very accurate especially this time of year. I’ve managed better percentages on all my recent sales than it’s projected they’re worth.

Thanks everyone.I will offer a lower price $4500-5000.If not I will walk away.

I think he'll bite your hand off and I'll be surprised if there's any other offers. I'd personally lowball at $3500 first and then see what his counter offer is.
