brickvoyeur
No, not enough meat on the bone. Too many turds in the lot, and a lot of money tied up in sets that are still in production and likely to be discounted in the future. Lowball them if you are interested still, but don't touch the asking price. This reads of someone realizing LEGO isn't as valuable as gold and trying to bail out after they realized it wasn't easy to unload this stuff. iahawks550
Use the Lego Lot calculator. That will help answer your question. Eyeballing it, it's too much.
Guest TabbyBoy
If you can't cherry-pick, walk away.

iahawks550
What did the lot calculator produce?
The Builder
I agree with my fellow LEGO investors in that it doesn't look that good. I would pass, unless you could negotiate it down to a very cheap price. But even then, I wouldn't. Sorry.
thebrickdad
That list reads like a load of sets many here wish they had never bought ? 1

Literally took 90 seconds to punch these in and get $7000 as the lot price. * there was no price for the Simpsons and Disney minifig case.
marcandre
All the recent lots I have seen have multiple pet shops & palace cinemas. Hopefully that drove people away from BB and DO.
tasiatunes
I used retail from Amazon to calculate.About $10000.Ebay range $7200. Thanks everyone for there input.
siddji
$6000 is not worth it . $4000 - $4800 yes . Considering it’s a bulk lot, there has to be some steep discounting if picking everything in one go.
tasiatunes
The lot calculator was 7179.
Zelgazra
Keep in mind the price guide hasn’t seen an update since August.... many of those are going for a little more now. Still not enough meat as others said, but take lot calculator with a nice pinch of salt, it’s not very accurate especially this time of year. I’ve managed better percentages on all my recent sales than it’s projected they’re worth.

I think he'll bite your hand off and I'll be surprised if there's any other offers. I'd personally lowball at $3500 first and then see what his counter offer is.
