It a difficult call to make as the recent retirees sell for both well under and well above RRP, so it's all in the timing of when you sell (eg. when there's NO £1 FVF eBay offer - Grrr!). Discounts are a must, but are not as common in the UK as they once were, especially with Asda/George no longer needing to compete with Tesco Direct. Regarding the MANY grill elements....With a building designed like this and it's size, is needed. too bad Lego never made a 1x4 or even 1x6 grille. however, the 1x2s work here since it gives the separate floor appearance.
