Sould out in EU..?

About 7h ago, yeah.

Time  for the village idiot undercutters to start listing and we´ll see if it can be devalued to 20 euros within a week.

I was waiting to pick up Pop Up Book and incremental sets to get this promo. Also picked up one off ebay once the US prices started to dip slightly. I'll probably set a buy price to get more.

In the end, on it's own, I definitely don't think this set is worth the price for the minifigure and "not particularly hard to find" pieces to make the build. But on the other hand, it says Harry Potter on the box. So to me that means it should be worth something once the current series of HP sets retire.

i really wish the did a couple micro figs. but i cant imagine this wont make a smart $100 purchase worth the risk.

Grr...bought my wife Hogwarts on Nov 6, think they would add this on?  :P

Call SAH. Order another one and return the one you have if not.

Do this on a regular basis and prepare to get your account terminated. That's at least what I would do.

That´s why you call them first and politely ask for one before doing any funny business. After all, it´s a pretty expensive set he bought at full RRP.

That's the problem with today's human beings, a lot are afraid of picking up the phone and actually talking to somebody. I've called LEGO CS countless times and always had a good result.

But you didn't necessarily tell them you're an investor, right?

I didn't need to when I was ordering 99x 10197 Fire Brigades at the time! ?

If resellers are the bulk of LEGO's customers, it'd be foolish for them to ban us or give us a hard time over sets that don't have limited production. If you order at the limit and mention anything about box condition, they'll have a good idea of what you're up to. Of course, I never tell them what my intentions are, but they're not stupid.

I've not heard of anybody being banned for a very long time, are they now more lenient in the US?

Thanks. I don't know about US SAH's current banning policy - my profile flag is misleading, sorry.

Going for around $40 on ebay. I'm leaning towards dumping mine now. I held a few of the 40290 60th year mini builds promo and that has slipped $10 since it's peak.

Holding on to it? What a strange idea....  #QFLL4LIFE

This is Harry Potter though. Potter fans are insatiable, this is one promo absolutely worth shelving for a few years. This will exceed Gingerbread House with absolute certainty.

From what I have seen on the pics.. its more or less the same size as Dr. Who or Nasa Women?

Not that you deserve it after that smart ass response to my simple answer to your question, but the box is the same size as the double character Brickheadz sets. Someone apparently pissed in your cheerios today given the tone of your posts tonight across multiple threads. Sorry to hear that.
