How much is this collection worth? Thinking of selling it!

Hello, I'm thinking of selling my LEGO collection and I have A LOT of sets and bricks. I want to know how much you think it's worth? I think I could get $5,000 or more! $5,000 being the medium price. I might be able to get $7,500. What do you guys think!

I'd say you could get a billion dollars. Or maybe 5 dollars. Without any details it's very hard to say my friend!

I tried to upload the pictures of my collection, but when I tried, they said they were to big.  But I can tell you that I have about 25-35 city sets, like buildings and such, along with the old Joker Land, most of them have grown in value. Some speed champion sets  that have  grown A LOT! And about 150 mini-figures. Some rare ones, and the finally, I have about 6 bat cars, 3 bat planes, and two bat boats, all real Lego's, along with most of the Batman mini-figures! And some other DC sets like the Killer croc, joker land, and about 8 other DC villain sets. 

See if the experts can figure the value, I think I could get about $5,000.

These are not all the sets, some of them I couldn't upload to the brickfolio because they didn't have it, same for the mini-figures. So the net worth that the brickfolio is showing is not accounting for every set I have. Also, I bought most of these sets, especially the speed champion and a architecture sets! Over all, everything has risen about 50% from the time I bought it to now. But there's about 10 more sets, and mini-figures that the brickfolio is not accounting for. 

Is that enough info? Or do you need the prices to?

Some of the sets that are missing are the Bet tumbler, a few other bat cars, 125-150 mini-figures, and some random cars and weird mini-figures that if they had a name, you probably couldn't pronounce it. ?

Used and new are different. Are they new in box or used/good conditions. This website has a bulk lot calculator where you can choose new or used and get approximate values

I think if you can find someone willing to pay $5,000 for your collection that you should immediately run out and buy a lottery ticket.

You may squeeze $2000 out of it if you list everything individually and verify that it is complete. If you try to unload it in bulk you'd be lucky to find a buyer over $1,000. Not a lot of "wow" in your set list.

Also, which selling channel would you suggest? I've not had much luck on Ebay, but I have sold on Amazon, but if I won't to sell most of these sets, which site would be better? 

I've had no experience selling on Bricklink. But I'm considering that option. But I want to get peoples thoughts on that part of selling.

I think if I sale them all individually I could get $3,500. And don't forget that there are a lot more sets I have that would add to the value, but not to much. I only have about 10 boxes with the set, the rest of the boxes got throne away during a remodel!! But I have some. And all of the sets have been taken out of the box, so it would be in the used/very good condition section.

Comes to a total of $1063.74 selling individually, for what you have shared. You should run everything else in bricklink yourself and add it to your total. Expect when selling via Bricklink or eBay that it will take many months, if not years, to unload everything individually if you expect to get the maximum price. You can unload it quicker, but you need to slash prices which will cut into your profit.

The brickfolio put my collections value at about $1,500 dollars. So I agree that I might get $2,000 dollars out of it.

I've made a good profit on super hero sets and speed champion sets, of all the things! Don't ask me how I did it, because I don't really know. But I know what I should look for when

My collection would not be good to use for the business inventory, my friend and I both agreed to put ONLY LEGO sets strait from the LEGO factory in our subscription box.

No used sets!

I'm currently exiting the LEGO investing game for a few years. I need to focus fool time on the business idea. I'm dealing with the LEGO Group as I type! 

But I love investing in LEGO's and I will always do it, just not at the grand scale, and profit I was doing it at.
