jmdt
In past years lego has had free holiday sets. Is that not happening this year?
0 Zelgazra
Those promos often won’t run until late November or early December. Keep watching, we’ll find out soon on dates. I believe an image of this year’s holiday set already leaked in the summer.
0 nami
The set should be available in November with purchases at Lego.com or in Lego stores of a certain amount. This amount, though, has not yet be revealed.
0 fuzzy_bricks
The Brick Fan is reporting that the mini Diagon Alley set may be a November promotion. https://www.thebrickfan.com/lego-harry-potter-diagon-alley-40289-reported-to-be-november-promotion/

0 Dr Jedi
That carousel will be the Black Friday GWP - I think you can count on that. But this year is atypical, as there has usually been another holiday-themed GWP in October and/or early November. Perhaps the Diagon Alley set is the reason we're not seeing another holiday GWP this year. Personally, I wish they would bring back the smaller sets that fit in with the WV theme. 0 jmdt
Thank you all! I was thinking along the same lines as Dr. Jedi. There was usually an earlier release that I didn't see. I appreciate all of your responses!
